We had an excellent overnight stay at Tapoco Lodge and wished we had booked a longer visit. The Lodge is situated right next to the Cheoah River with a large outdoor dining area on 2 levels offering great atmosphere and excellent food.
We have passed by here a dozen times on motorcycles or in the Jeep while riding through the mountains. We finally stopped to check it out. What a great decision. We spent the night and had a wonderful time. The food was great, the staff was like family and the atmosphere was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much we are coming back for a second visit.
