Built in 1967 by Burger, she was one of the largest all-aluminum yachts in the United States at the time. Designed for both speed and luxury, her unique build allowed her to carry more fuel, water, and provisions, meaning travelers on board never needed to worry about budgeting space or weight for their indulgent and decadent needs, nor did they need to worry about whether or not she would be able to carry enough fuel to reach her destination. Both her cruising range and her luxury accommodations were well in excess of those found aboard nearly any other yacht being constructed worldwide during this era. Today, her classic lines and beautiful interior wood detailing are a reminder of her stately history.
With three spacious staterooms on board, the Dreamcatcher can comfortably hold six guests in addition to her crew. The main bedroom has a full-sized jacuzzi, standing shower, his and hers full length hanging closets, and a full-sized queen bed, alongside other decadent touches that will have visitors forget that they ever left shore. The other two bedrooms both feature twin lower berths, reading lamps, full hanging closets and bedside cabinets with plenty of space beneath the beds for additional storage for longer voyages. In the shared living areas, the gorgeous stateroom includes a beautiful sofa and seating area, an upright piano, and a full entertainment system. Guests will enjoy delicious meals in a formal dining room, or on an aft deck outdoor dining patio, and can spend long, lazy afternoons on the upper sun deck which is equipped with loungers and plush towels.
